We have finally arrived in Tokyo, Japan. It was a long trip, and it had some challenges. But we made it, and now, Eva and I are in Tokyo. We started in Norway sunday afternoon. Then we flew over to Sweden, and changed to Air China. I have never used Air China before, and they wasnt so bad as I was afriad of. Quite nice actually. The challenge started when we should land in Beijing. It has been a huge sandstorm in China for the last days, and when we should land it was worse than ever. For the last 15 min. I saw nothing out of the window. And about 200m above ground, I finally saw some houses down there..
Some hours later, we were back up in the air on our way to Japan. And we made it to Tokyo monday afternoon local time. We only managed to check out the streets around our hotel the first night. So we have allot more to see. Stay tuned for more updates through out the week.
“It’s always sunny above the clouds!”

Under the clouds it not always sunny. This was our sight when we landed in China.

Japan – The land of the rising sun!

Our hotel in Tokyo. Are located in the heart of Shinjuku.

Very nice and clean rooms. But small.

Our first evening in Tokyo.

And there are many more ahead of us.
